All classes are by appointment and subject to availability.

Packages are non-refundable and expire 2 months from date of purchase
24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid charges.
Make-ups are required when cancelling to maintain weekly recurring reservations.
Payment is due in advance via cash, e-Transfer, or cheque
Because we work in close proximity, we respectfully ask to please ensure you and your clothing are FRESH upon arrival.
Feet and hands come into contact with the same areas on the equipment so for hygienic reasons sticky socks are required, and provided upon request.

Our classes are one full hour in duration and intentionally scheduled 15 minutes apart to avoid client overlap

and to ensure classes begin and end on time.
